ACTION ALERT!
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has issued a proposed rule that would allow consumers to buy short term "junk insurance” plans that do not need to meet ACA standards. If this rule goes into effect it will undermine the ACA Marketplace by draining younger, healthier people from the insurance risk pool resulting in increasingly unaffordable premiums for individuals and families not covered by employer insurance and not eligible for subsidies. We urge you to join with the Network Lobby for Catholic Social Justice to submit a comment in opposition to this proposed rule prior to the close of the comment period on April 23, 2018.
Just click on the link below, then click on the orange "ACT NOW" icon and follow the instructions.
EVERY VOICE COUNTS. YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE. PLEASE ACT BEFORE APRIL 23, 2018.
